These workouts are for EVERYONE: ladies who have never exercised, ladies who don’t go to the gym, ladies who go to the gym but want an extra push- literally ALL women can benefit from these! I was raised in my parents gyms & have been a personal trainer for over 10 years. My challenges are a total body challenge with a workout video posted by me 5x a week. We never do the same workout twice so you don’t have to worry about getting bored with it! You can log on anytime and complete the workout from anywhere.

If you’re looking to burn fat, build lean muscle & a booty while learn how to exercise properly without feeling restricted by your workout routine- then this is for you! Here is all you’ll need:
Kettlebell, Set of dumbbells (8-20 lbs depending on fitness level), set of dumbbells (2-5lbs), Set of Small resistance bands, and a jumprope.
