Some of you don’t really know me…
(This is to the ladies, guys sorry- we all know you’re just here for the photos anyway. & that’s ok.)
I’m basically your online best friend who also gives tips on all things related to being a woman. You’ll quickly learn I am too much for some people; but, I also know those are not my people. (I’ve become oddly comfortable with the fact that not everyone will like you.) I am 24 years old (turning 25 in February), grew up in the fitness industry, and began teaching my first group fitness class at the early age of 13. After five years of training clients exclusively in the gym (began in 2012), I created my online challenge which has helped thousands of women worldwide. I’m so grateful for the women who have trusted me to play a part in their journey.
I want to reach the women who think being healthy is hard & show them that it’s not. You don’t need hours a day, a gym, or to be healthy to start.
I know so many ladies don’t have time to get to the gym- or can’t, or are just intimidated by even the thought of it. That’s why I created my challenges… My goal is to help women love their self, take 30 minutes a day for them self, to have more energy, to feel better, & to learn that anyone can workout. Fitness has no age limit, no weight limit, or any other limit! It doesn’t have to be boring & monotonous.
I began modeling in 2018 & accomplished more in my first year than I ever imagined doing. I’ve been in Playboy Australia, model throwdown, placed in the top 1% of over 30k women in the Maxim Covergirl contest, & also have Playboy South Africa coming out this month. I travel to LA often to shoot & love every minute of it. Not only do I model & have an online fitness challenge, I also run social media accounts for a few companies. I’m a strong believer in chasing your dreams, obviously & literally.
I’m happily married to Ben Loftin who is the love of my life. He lets me be myself & never tries to hold me back. (That’s so important.) He has a son who is amazing & we have 7 dogs who are my babies. We live in Alabama but I’m always on the go.
Ben also owns his own business (Alabama Barn & Truss Co.)
As a woman, it’s hard to feel accepted by other women. You constantly feel the need to compete with other women or to compare yourself; however, when women come together to support and uplift each other, amazing things happen. We feel oppressed by the opinions of others and prevent ourself from living up to our full potential. I strive to show women you can be fearlessly authentic, truly happy, and still have women standing with you (but it’s ok if not everyone is). I’ve created an online community of women world-wide where they can uplift and help each other and it’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. To the ladies who have made it what it is, thank you. If you’re not part of our “club,” I’d love for you to join.
